Mobile Escape Rooms - How it Works!

The first step is to reserve a date/time and pick a game theme that fits your needs. Please see our game theme page for a full list of options (custom themes are also available!).   You can also tell us about your group and we can recommend the theme we think is best for you. A $50 deposit is required to reserve a time. 

We show up about 30 minutes prior to the game start to set up!  We set up in a room of your choice.  For corporate events, conference rooms and classrooms work great and for games in homes, living rooms and family rooms work great as well but we can set up in pretty much any room.  We bring small pieces of furniture, lock boxes, safes, computers, books, etc and set them up around the room.

All the participants will be gathered before the game starts and will be given a back story of the game they are about to play along with instructions.  The team has 1 hour to complete the objective. Someone will be with the group at all times keeping an eye on things and to make sure everything goes smoothly.  Our games can accommodate 15 adults and our kid games are designed for up to 12 players. If you're going to have more than that, then we can split the group into 2 teams and have them compete against each other in identical escape room challenges to see what team finishes faster!! (2 rooms needed)

Once the game is complete the first thing we do is tell you if you made our famous top 10 list. Each game theme and age category has its own top 10 list of fastest times! If you make the list you come up with a team name and will be added to the leaderboard!  We have funny escape room signs like "Nailed It" or "Next Time I'm Playing with Smarter People" which everyone holds up and we take group pictures of the team!

We need about 20 minutes after the game to pack up all of our stuff. The remaining balance is due after the game. We take several different forms of payment. Then you tell all of your friends what an amazing time you had playing our mobile escape room games!
